Learn and Give
For more than 30 years, The CPR & First Aid Training Center has been devoted to providing quality First Aid and CPR training for groups and individuals. We are an American Heart Association (AHA) Regional CPR Training Site located in Eugene, OR, operating under the Samaritan Health Services Training Center. All courses meet the most current 2015 AHA guidelines and are taught by fully trained and experienced instructors.
Our mission is to train professionals and the general public with basic life-saving skills and give the ability to initiate the chain of survival safely. We provide certification courses, where an American Heart Assocation card is issued, confirming that you have attended and passed the training successfully.
Our Heartsaver courses are for the non-medical general public, including, but not limited to companies seeking OSHA certification, parents, coaches, fitness instructors, childcare providers, teachers, camp staff, foster care providers, tattoo artists, and massage therapists.
BLS Provider Courses
Our BLS Provider CPR courses are equivalent to Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider CPR training. This course is for those training to work or working in the medical field, including, but not limited to Nurses, Physicians, EMTs, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Respiratory Therapists, and Medical Students.

Practical First Aid and Hands-On CPR AED training makes a difference
The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in all AHA courses and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the AHA. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the AHA.
